Cathedral Street Apartments
Ideally situated for the School of Art & Design and the Thomas Parker Building. The Brayford Campus, Railway Station and Lincoln Shopping Centre are all only a few minutes walk away.
Clubeasy purchased the development from Lincoln College in the summer of 2004. In the interim period a full programme of refurbishment has been carried out. One of the results of this is that every self contained apartment now has its own communal lounge and every bedroom has its own sink.
As well as the full Clubeasy All Inclusive Package the apartments benefit from the following to meet the exacting standards required of a University of Lincoln Approved Development
- All gas appliances are serviced and CORGI certified annually in accordance with The Gas Saftey Installation & Use Act.
- All mains smoke/fire detection equipment are tested and certified annually.
- All Furniture in clubeasy properties conforms to the requirements of the furniture in rented accommodation act.
- All staff and contractors are security checked and carry valid I.D. cards.
- In the event of ANY emergency there is a fully qualified response team available 24 hours a day.
